Creative Cause works to agreed timeframes in good faith. By signing the formal consultancy agreement clients agree to honour the payment terms in good faith when works have been delivered within the agreed consultancy period.
Failure to honour the agreed payment terms results in unnecessary use of administrative energy and financial disharmony. As such the client is accountable for absorbing any costs associated with and created by a failure to honour payment in good faith (this includes engaging debt recovery services).
